                My role as a Windows Microsoft Guru, Mentor and Trainer with the Eleven Agency, I was tasked with technical training and technical support in regards to Windows OS 98-Vista Ultimate, Office 2007, Windows Mobile 6, Mac Office 2008, Zune, Xbox 360, Xbox Live Suite, and the Windows Live Suite. Traveled across the US to conduct technical training and support sessions for customers, store employees, and store managers within specified markets for Microsoft as needed. These trainings consisted of speaking to customers in person about any and all issues associated with any Microsoft software and hardware they owned or currently looking to buy. Technical support consisted of set & configuration of TCP/IP connections and configurations. Using telephony to assist Clients to connect to the web with inactivated or unregistered Airwards are unresponsive. General PC and Mac set up and configuration including security set up and IP configuration.

                Hardware support included Smartphones, Laptops, and Desktops, and as well MS Exchange servers using direct connection, and using push email and SMS. Software and hardware support for specific peripherals, firewalls, antivirus, and Operating Systems. Assisting clients with compatibility requirements with older and newer software and hardware as needed. I used and supported MS Exchange for a number of years.
                 I have used Exchange 2000-2003 as well as 2007. I am familiar with using it for Enterprise, Business and Consumer applications. I have been involved with using Active Directory to help clients with their software (critical) updates and helped assign policies per a specific set of computers on the network. Familiarity with set up of calendar functions, email and appointment notifications to sync wirelessly with computers and Mobile Phones. New email set accounts using POP 3, IMAP, MAPI and Outlook. Determine settings are correct and verifying email is working on the Desktop, Laptop (Wirelessly) and also Windows Mobile 6, Blackberry/RIM, and Palm Treo Smartphones. In addition I have helped clients set up and access Outlook/Exchange remotely and also using Outlook Web Access as well.            

                 I have used and am familiar with DNS, Remedy Ticketing System and IT/Helpdesk support. Worked as a Tier III Wireless Data Support Technician on contracts for Verizon Wireless and AT&T respectively.
